Cauliflower Steak Over Ssamjang Sauce

Ingredients
∙ Cauliflower
∙ Ssamjang
∙ Olive oil
∙ Salt
∙ Pepper
∙ Greek yogurt
∙ Lemon
Directions
- Cut the cauliflower heads into slices about 3/4 inch thick.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, ssamjang, salt, pepper. Brush the olive oil mixture over the cauliflower steaks on both sides.
- Grill cauliflower steaks in a cast iron skillet for 5 minutes on each side, until tender and browned.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce by mixing greek yogurt, ssamjang, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Season it with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the plate by smearing the ssamjang-yogurt sauce on the bottom, followed by roasted cauliflower steak. Garnish with parsley.
