Plant-based Mandu Cream Stew

Ingredients
- O'FOOD Plant-Based Mandu with Korean Kimchi
- Onion
- Celery
- Button Mushroom
- Potato
- Carrot
- Vegan Whipped Cream with Almond Milk
- Parmesan
- Parsley Powder
Directions
- Slice and stir-fry the onion, celery, button mushroom, potato and carrot over medium heat.
- Boil vegan whipped cream and almond milk.
- Add O'FOOD Plant-Based Mandu Korean Kimchi when it starts to boil.
- To add more flavor, garnish with chopped parsley and ground parmesan.
