Tofu & Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients
- O'Food All Purpose Korean BBQ Sauce
- JONGGA Tofu
- Zucchini
- Red onion
- Paprika
- Pineapple
- Mayonnaise
Directions
- Slice tofu into 9 cubes.
- Slice zucchini, red onion, paprika, and pineapple.
- Assemble skewers, alternation between tofu and veggies.
- Marinate the skewers with ALL-PURPOSE KOREAN BBQ SAUCE Original/Spicy.
- Heat a grll and cook each skewer for 2-3 minutes per side.
